Prices and packages stated on this web site are correct at the time of viewing for services provided within a 60 mile radius of our base in Northamptonshire, Our Wedding Video Packages and Photography Packages are available Nationwide with the exception of our Budget Photography Package which is available only within an 80 mile radius of our base in Northamptonshire. Video and Photography bookings outside of our 60 mile radius area are subject to additional travelling costs.( see bottom of this page to work out your cost)

Family, Portrait and Virtual Photography services are available by arranging to visit us for your session, or our mobile studio is available for photography bookings within a 40 mile radius of our base in Northamptonshire.

If your wedding/event will take place outside of our standard 60 mile radius please refer to the "additional cost chart" at the bottom of this page to work out the exact cost of the service you require. For Example: if you require our services within Central London, this is 40 miles outside of our 60 mile radius so an additional charge of £120 will apply (based on booking the Silver Video Package) Click Here To Work Out The Cost Of Your Required Package

BOOKING FORMS FOR VIDEO AND/OR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD IN OUR DOWNLOAD SECTION USING THE DOWNLOAD LINKS WHICH CAN BE FOUND THROUGH THIS SITE. , ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN EMAIL OR PHONE TO RECEIVE BOOKING FORMS AND PRICE LISTS AND BROCHURES VIA REGULAR MAIL.

WEDDING VIDEO and WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKINGS:

Digital Liquid wedding video and photography services are available Nationwide. The prices stated on this website are complete and correct rates for Video and Photography Services which take place within a 60 mile radius of our base in Northamptonshire, there is a small additional charge for bookings outside of the stated radius. If your wedding will take place outside of the stated 60 radius please refer to the mileage chart at the bottom of this page for full package costings.

Bookings can be taken by telephone, email, regular postal service or online, however, a booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been paid. And the balance of your package cost is then payable not later than 14 days before the wedding. Balance of payments not made by the due date at the correct balance amount will be rendered void and services may not be provided, Balance of payments can be made by installments if required, please contact us for details. You can Download a booking forms direct from this web site from our downloads section OR contact us and we'll be happy to supply forms by mail. Balances for bookings which are not fully paid by the due date will be deemed cancelled and void.

ONLINE BOOKING:

You may book and pay your deposit online but please check our availability page first to ensure your date is available, if your date is available on our calander page you can then use the links on any of our video or photography pages to pay the required deposit for the service required.

DEPOSITS:

Video services are secured with the required £25 Deposit. Photography services are secured with the required £55. deposit. please note that deposits are non refundable unless in the event the booking is cancelled by the company for reasons beyond our control.

All finished videos are produced to DVD, Two copies are supplied with both silver packages and three copies are supplied with the hollywood package, all three packages are supplied with 1 copy of your Photo Show on DVD. All DVDs are supplied in fully personalised photographic cases. Photography proof DVDs are supplied in our standard proof DVD Packaging. DLM reserve the right to amend packaging as deemed fit at any time without notice.

Finished video and photography productions will be ready after the editing process is complete which is normally with 3 to 4 weeks after the date of the event. All videos are professionally edited in our own state of the art in-house editing studios complete with special effects, your choice of music, credits and titles. DVDs are complete with interactive DVD menus.

VIDEO LICENCE : Please also note that if you intend to use commercially produced music or soundtracks in your finished film, you will require a wedding video copyright licence CLICK HERE for further details and to obtain your licence. If you wish, we can take care of the licence on your behalf for the appropriate licence fee.

HOW TO PAY: Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order or Credit Card. Please do contact us if you require any assistance. Deposits for video bookings are refundable if bookings are cancelled 60 days or more prior to the event, if a cancellation is made less than sixty days prior to the event an administration and booking fee of £25 will apply and no refund can be made. The balance of payments can be made by installments if you wish but the final balance should be paid not later than 14 days prior to the event. Deposits for ALL Photography services are non refundable.

Securing your Date.
Bookings can be accepted by paying your deposit online, by email, post or telephone, however a booking is not considered to be confirmed until the standard deposit has been received. Payments of deposits can be made by cheque using normal postal service or you can book online using your credit card through our secure online payment method

Please note that any discounts or special offers will be calculated and applied to the balance of your package payments and are not calculated on mileage or travelling costs. Once you have paid your deposit you will receive email confirmation AND Digital Liquid also always confirm by regular mail using recorded delivery (signed for). Thank you for your interest. PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKINGS INFORMATION:

Bookings for Family, Portrait and Virtual Photography Sessions can be made by dowloading or requesting a booking form which should be completed and returned with your deposit. Once your booking form has been received a member of our team will call you to discuss your requirements. If you are within a 40 mile radius of our base in Northants you can take free advantage of our mobile studio service. Outside a 40 mile radius you will need to visit us for your session. To obtain a booking form please email us or visit our downloads page to download the require form.

Budget sessions should be paid in full (£28) at the time of bookings all other sessions can be secured with the required deposit.

All our photographs are presented to you as proofs on DVD, once you have viewed your photos on DVD you will then select the photo's and quantities your require, these will then be ready for delivery approx 7 to 10 days after your selection. (photobooks take upto 21 days for delivery).
